Income Limits
To qualify, your household income must fall within limits established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and published by CHFA. These limits are based on a percentage of the Area Median Income (AMI) and are updated annually.
Lofts on Monaco offers apartment homes at 30%, 60%, and 70% AMI levels, providing a range of affordable options for qualifying households.
